Our affiliate program is free to join! 

Please note that sites that have paid advertising from GrowLearnPlay.com are not eligible for the program unless special arrangements are made.  Please email info@growlearnplay.com if you are a site that has a paid ad from GrowLearnPlay.com and you are interested in joining the program.

How does it work?

If an individual clicks through a banner or link on your site to GrowLearnPlay.com, that visitor is marked with an anonymous cookie.  If a sale occurs within 30 days of the cookie assignment, you will receive 10% of the total purchase excluding charges for shipping and taxes.
*Please note that if a customer has already clicked into GrowLearnPlay.com from another affiliate site, the assigned cookie is valid for 30 days from that click.  Therefore, if they later click through from your site within that existing 30 day period, the previous affiliate will still get credit for that customer.  Once the 30 day cookie period has expired from the initial click through, the process starts over again.

Once an affiliate has joined, you are free to log in to the program at any time to check your commission status.

How often do I get paid?  

Payments are made between the 1st and 5th of every month.  You will be paid for your earnings via paypal.  Please ensure that the email address that you use to sign up with is the address to which you wish your paypal payment to be paid to.

How do I advertise www.GrowLearnPlay.com? 

Once you sign up, you will be given an account and can obtain a GrowLearnPlay.com banner from the affiliate account.
*Please note, these banners cannot be altered in any way other than resizing.

*BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR THE GROWLEARNPLAY.COM AFFILIATE PROGRAM, YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1) GrowLearnPlay.com is all about children and families.  Therefore, we only allow family friendly sites to advertise GrowLearnPlay.com or represent GrowLearnPlay.com through the affiliate program.  Websites must be active at the time of joining the affiliate program.  Websites under construction must wait to join the program until the site is complete.

2) Both GrowLearnPlay.com and the affiliate reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time.  If the affiliate removes themselves, or is removed from the program, outstanding commissions will be paid as scheduled for the next payment date.  However, the affiliate will forgo all future commission payments.  If an affiliate is removed from the program, that affiliate will be notified via email and asked to remove the link to GrowLearnPlay.com immediately.

3) The affiliate agrees not to represent GrowLearnPlay.com in any way to which could be considered distasteful, defaming, or misrepresented.  The affiliate agrees not to alter the GrowLearnPlay.com banners other than resizing.

4) Affiliates are not employees of GrowLearnPlay.com and are thus responsible for any local, state, and/or federal taxes associated with their commissions.

5) It is the responsibility of the affiliate to ensure the link is working properly.  In addition, the affiliate must ensure that the web address provided upon sign up is where the link will be placed to ensure to qualify for the commissions.

6) GrowLearnPlay.com does NOT tolerate spam mail to promote our online toy store.  If an affiliate is found to be using spamming techniques to promote GrowLearnPlay.com, they will be immediately terminated from the program.

7) GrowLearnPlay.com will not be held liable for indirect damages or losses of revenue arising in connection with the Affiliate program.

8) GrowLearnPlay.com retains the right to alter the conditions of this agreement and affiliate program at any time.  Existing affiliates will be notified via email of any changes to this agreement and/or affiliate program and can remove themselves from the program if desired.

BY JOINING THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE ABOVE CONDITIONS.
